Well, a miracle has happened and I have passed the 50,000 word mark!! Woohoo!! My story is not over so I plan on continuing through the end of the month to see what happens… 🙂
Great job, Cheryl! You met the challenge of NaNoWriMo and you’re a winner! I’ll be several days behind you. 🙂
Thanks Jill! Still pushing forward with it to reach the end of my story but I am relieved after losing the whole thing on day 11!!
Very impressive! congrats!
Thanks H.L. There will be many many winners of NaNo! I think everyone who makes the attempt gains a lot of insight into their own creative process and what works for them or doesn’t. 🙂
YAAAAAY!!! Good for you!
Thanks Elizabeth!! 🙂
CONGRATULATIONS CHERYL!!!!!! 🙂
I’ll be crossing the 50,000 mark today 🙂
Woohoo!!! Go Vikki, go Vikki, go Vikki!!!
Congrats! It’s a great feeling, isn’t it? I crossed the 50,000 mark this past weekend. The story is too messy to even call it finished, so before I can continue to write I need to do some serious research. Know any pirates or ghosts? 🙂
Thanks! and congratulations to you as well! It is such a relief to pass that line. Now I can actually finish my story without focusing on the word count… Sadly I don’t know any pirates or ghosts… Do you happen to know any evil entities that steal children’s souls and how to possibly kill one? Not real sure how this will end. 🙂
